How it works

Step 1: Apply. Fill out a short application about your business and why LLA appeals to you. Takes 4 minutes — free to apply.

Step 2: Get approved. We review and assess fit. You'll hear back within 48–72 hours. Apply early — approved applicants get first access to early-bird pricing for Elite which drops September 10th. Both Foundation AND Elite stockists will need to submit an application.

Step 3: Secure your place. From September 10, approved applicants receive their early-bird link to lock in Elite at $297 (before it rises to $397 after midnight Sunday, September 13). Payment unlocks your Sunbed Mastery instantly.

Step 4: Start Sunbed Mastery. You have 30 days from access to complete your Mastery and activate Elite status.

Step 5: Activate as Elite. Complete the course and you're officially Elite — you become #1 on our referral list in your area, your 20% discount locks in, and your monthly bonus starts the next time you order by the 1st.

Who can apply for Elite Stockist status?

Tanning studios around the world who want Luxe Lotion working in every treatment and are committed to superior service and ongoing education. If that's you, you're a fit.

How long does Sunbed Mastery take?

It's self-paced and can be completed in a day or two. Most people finish within a week, and you have 30 days.

What if I don't complete Sunbed Mastery within 30 days?

The 30-day deadline is firm — but we're on your side. If something's holding you up, contact us before your 30 days are up and we'll help you get it done. If we don't hear from you, course access is revoked and you won't be eligible for Elite.

What's the monthly reorder requirement?

To maintain Elite status, reorder at least once a month with a minimum of 4 full-size products. Order on the 1st of each month and you'll receive a bonus lotion of our choosing.

Can I be a Foundation Stockist instead?

Yes. Foundation Stockists get a 15% discount plus foundational LLA education — no Mastery, no monthly commitment. Elite is optional.

If I was part of the previous wholesale program do I need to reapply?

Yes, all previous accounts must apply for the new program so your details can be logged in our new system for referrals and your new discount and details sent out to you. Discount codes for the old program will deactivate on September 14th.

What's in the monthly bonus lotion?

We curate the product each month — a reward for ordering by the 1st of the month.

Is there an exclusivity requirement?
