6. Content and Account Requirements
Content created as part of the Program must be posted from your main personal social media account as provided in your application, unless a UGC or secondary account has been specifically approved by Luxe Lotion. We ask for your main account because it allows us to verify content is genuinely yours, which is what keeps disclosure under the Program legitimate. Content posted from an unapproved UGC, secondary or anonymous account will not be recognised as fulfilling your program obligations and may be treated as a breach of these terms.

All content must be:

• Authentic and accurately representative of your genuine experience with Luxe Lotion products
• Free from false or misleading claims about Luxe Lotion products
• Not heavily edited or filtered in a way that misrepresents your tan or product results
• Publicly posted — private or archived content does not count

7. Posting Expectations by Tier
LLA GRL: There are no mandatory posting requirements. We want you posting because you love it, never because you have to.
LLA GRL Elevated: A minimum of 1 post per month (feed post, reel or TikTok) and 2 stories per month (Instagram or TikTok story) is expected. All content must tag @LuxeLotionAustralia.
LLA Angel: A minimum of 2 posts per month (at least one must be on Instagram), 2 stories per month, and 1 Instagram collaboration post per quarter is expected. Posting expectations are also outlined in your individual Angel agreement.

We want girls who post because they love it — not because they are scrambling to meet a quota. Realistic expectations apply across all tiers.

8. Disclosure Requirements
Under Australian Consumer Law, receiving a personal discount code or gifted product constitutes a material connection that must be disclosed. This is a legal requirement.

All LLA GRL and LLA GRL Elevated members must include #LLAambassador or #LLAgirl clearly and prominently on all Luxe Lotion content posted as part of their program membership.

LLA Angels must additionally include #LLAangel #gifted on any content where product has been received.

Disclosure tags must be:

• Clearly visible without the viewer needing to click "more" or expand the caption
• Not buried amongst other hashtags at the end of a post
• Included on every individual story frame where applicable

Failure to disclose correctly may result in removal from the Program and may expose you to liability under Australian Consumer Law. In March 2026, the ACCC issued its first financial penalty against a brand for undisclosed influencer promotions.

9. Competitor Brands
Personal use of other tanning products is not restricted. However, public endorsement of competitor brands is governed as follows:

You are welcome to promote the sunbed studio you personally attend and any Melanotan brand that you use — these are not considered competitors, but they cannot be tagged in the same post as Luxe Lotion. The restriction below applies specifically to other tanning lotion brands.

LLA GRL: Active promotion of other tanning lotion brands is discouraged and may result in your discount code being deactivated.

LLA GRL Elevated: You agree not to actively promote, endorse or create content for any other tanning lotion brand for the duration of your participation in the Program. Breach of this clause will result in immediate removal from the Program with no eligibility to reapply.
LLA Angel: You agree not to actively promote, endorse or create content for any other tanning lotion brand. Additional competitor restrictions are outlined in your individual Angel agreement.

This clause does not restrict you from using or posting about sunscreen brands, skincare, lifestyle, fashion, food or other non-competing wellness brands.

10. Content Usage Rights
By accepting a place in the Program you grant Luxe Lotion Australia a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to repost and share your content on Luxe Lotion's social media channels and website, provided you have consented to this in your application.

Use of your content in paid advertising requires separate consent and compensation. Luxe Lotion will contact you directly before using any content in paid advertising. A content release agreement must be signed before paid advertising usage.

11. Luxe Lotion's Rights
Luxe Lotion reserves the right to:

• Accept or decline any application at our sole discretion without providing a reason
• Change, update or discontinue the Program or its rewards at any time
• Amend these terms at any time — continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms
• Remove any member from the Program permanently and without notice
• Deactivate discount codes at any time

12. Removal from the Program
Luxe Lotion reserves the right to remove any member from the Program at any time and for any reason including but not limited to:

• Misuse or public sharing of your personal discount code
• Failure to disclose your LLA membership on relevant content
• Posting false or misleading content about Luxe Lotion products
• Actively promoting competitor tanning brands (Tier 2 and Angel)
• Posting Luxe Lotion content from an unapproved UGC account or secondary account
• Conduct that is inconsistent with the values and integrity of Luxe Lotion Australia

13. Voluntary Exit
You may exit the Program at any time by notifying Luxe Lotion via email at talent@luxelotion.com.au. Upon exit your discount code will be deactivated and you will no longer be considered a member of the Program. Luxe Lotion retains the right to continue using any content previously posted to Luxe Lotion's social media channels and website.

14. No Guarantee of Rewards
Participation in the Program does not guarantee any specific rewards beyond those outlined at your current tier. Luxe Lotion reserves the right to modify 

15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from participation in the Program will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
